These terms govern your use of this website and the services provided by Reach Audience LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us").

1. Services

We provide website design and development, website maintenance, content creation, graphic design, web hosting and IT services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement accepted by the client before work begins.

2. Quotes and payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued by Reach Audience LLC in US dollars and are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Projects may require a deposit before work begins.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to provide the content, access and feedback needed to complete the project, and confirm that any material they supply does not infringe the rights of others.

4. Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the final website, content and design files created specifically for them. Third-party software, themes, fonts and plugins remain subject to their own licenses.

5. Hosting and maintenance

Hosting and maintenance plans are billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Use of this website

The content of this website is provided for general information. You may not use the website for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt its operation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
